Our passion is supporting women and their families through the fourth trimester, when the newborn (and the mother) is 0-12 weeks old. We take a whole family approach to care, always including fathers and siblings.

Dr Erin Horsley has professional and real life experience caring for those in the fourth
trimester and can assist with:

 

• Routine newborn and mother postnatal checks

• Initial assessment and management of breastfeeding challenges

• Assessment and management of unsettled babies

• Assessment and initial management of poor weight gain in newborns

• Pain and abnormal bleeding in the postnatal period

• Low mood, anxiety and birth reflections

• Debriefing when the pregnancy, birth or fourth trimester is not meeting expectations
